• 4 slices – sandwich bread
• 1 cup – grated cheese
• 1 cup – sweet Corn kernels
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
- Spread the grated cheese on a slice of bread, then add the sweet corn kernels.
- Sprinkle pepper and salt.
- Place another slice of bread on top and toast in a sandwich toaster. Serve hot.
