Ingredients:

• 2 slices – Bread
• 1 – Carrot, grated
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – Cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 – Chillies, chopped
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add onions and fry till golden brown.
  2. Add turmeric powder, green chillies, and tomato sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add carrot and salt.
  4. Add some grated cheese and fold the mixture with the cheese.
  5. Now take a slice of bread, place the mixture on it and cover it with the other slice.
  6. Toast it in a toaster till crisp.
  7. Serve hot.
