
Ingredients:
• 2 slices – Bread
• 1 – Carrot, grated
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – Cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 – Chillies, chopped
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan, add onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder, green chillies, and tomato sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add carrot and salt.
- Add some grated cheese and fold the mixture with the cheese.
- Now take a slice of bread, place the mixture on it and cover it with the other slice.
- Toast it in a toaster till crisp.
- Serve hot.
