Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1/2 kg (Boneless preferably)
• Lime Juice – 2 tsp
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Kesari Colour – 1/4 tsp (optional)
• Chilli Power – 3 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Egg (Beaten) – 1
• Cornflour – 2 tbsp
• Maida – 2 tsp
• Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
• Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
• Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garlic and Ginger Paste (from 7 pods Garlic and 1 inch piece Ginger)
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Clean and cut chicken into 2 inch pieces and drain water completely.
- Mix rest of the ingredients well with chicken pieces.
- Marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and keep at room temperature for about an hour.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Fry all the chicken pieces, a few at a time, until they turn reddish brown in colour.
