Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – fresh coagulated blood
• 1 – Onion
• Coriander leaves – few sprigs
• Freshly ground coarse black pepper – 1 tsp
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry the onion till golden brown in the oil.
  2. Add the coriander leaves and pepper.
  3. Then add in the coagulated blood, add salt to taste and fry for a while.
  4. Serve hot.
