
Ingredients:
• 1 Chicken
• 250 gms – Onion
• 100 gms – Cream
• 50 gms – Ginger
• 25 gms – Garlic
• 5 gms – Turmeric
• 2 gms cumin powder
• 5 gms – Fennel (saunf) seeds
• 1 bunch green coriander
• 5 gms – Garam Masala (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves)
• 5 gms – Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and cut chicken into small pieces.
- Grind together onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin powder, fennel seeds and chilli powder to a smooth paste.
- Add 1/4th of the masala to chicken and set it aside.
- Heat oil, add garam masala and ground masala.
- Fry well till oil separates.
- Add chopped tomatoes and fry well, then add chicken with sufficient water to cook it.
- When chicken is cooked, add chopped green coriander and cream just before serving and serve hot.
