Ingredients:

• 1 Chicken
• 250 gms – Onion
• 100 gms – Cream
• 50 gms – Ginger
• 25 gms – Garlic
• 5 gms – Turmeric
• 2 gms cumin powder
• 5 gms – Fennel (saunf) seeds
• 1 bunch green coriander
• 5 gms – Garam Masala (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves)
• 5 gms – Chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean and cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Grind together onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin powder, fennel seeds and chilli powder to a smooth paste.
  3. Add 1/4th of the masala to chicken and set it aside.
  4. Heat oil, add garam masala and ground masala.
  5. Fry well till oil separates.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and fry well, then add chicken with sufficient water to cook it.
  7. When chicken is cooked, add chopped green coriander and cream just before serving and serve hot.
