
Ingredients:
• Boneless Chicken – 500 g, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
• Curd – 50 g (without water)
• Onion paste – 1 tbsp
• Fried Onion paste – 2 tbsp
• Garam Masala powder – 2 tsp
• Coconut paste – 2 tsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Oil – to fry
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except salt and oil, and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
- Add salt and oil.
- Put on seekh ( skewers ) and grill it, till it turns golden red.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala.
- Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces and sauce.
