Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 3 pieces – Cinnamon
• 3 – Cloves
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1.5 cups – small Onions
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
• Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Extract thick coconut milk from half a coconut.
  2. Cut small onions lengthwise. Keep 2 tbsp of onions aside.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a frying pan and add the reserved 2 tbsps of onions and fry till golden brown.
  5. Add curry leaves and the cooked chicken and fry well on low heat till the flavour comes out.
