Ingredients:
• 6 – sandwich bread slices
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1 – capsicum, sliced
• 1 – carrot, sliced
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – garlic, grated
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp – Basil
Method:
- Cut the bread into square pieces and slightly toast them in a non-stick pan or grill.
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok or pan, add garlic.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add onions, stir and add carrots and green chillies. Saute for a minute.
- Now add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, red chilli powder, salt and ajinomoto, mix well.
- Add in the capsicum, stir and add vinegar over the top.
- Finally add bread cubes, mix gently so that the masala get mixed with bread cubes. Cook for a minute.
- Add basil leaves and serve hot.
