Ingredients:

• Chicken balls:
• Ground Chicken – 250 g
• Onion – 2 tsp
• Ginger – 2 tsp
• Garlic – 2 tsp
• Green chillies – 2 tsp
• Salt – 2 tsp
• Corn flour – 4 tsp
• For gravy:
• Onion paste – 2 tsp
• Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Tomato puree – 1/4 cup
• Soya sauce – 2 tsp
• Vinegar – 2 tsp
• Corn flour – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Water – 1.5 cups

Method:

  1. Mix chicken keema and the other ingredients well. Make small balls and deep fry them lightly.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil and add all the ingredients for the gravy, and saute for a while. Then add water.
  3. When it boils, add the chicken balls and corn flour, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
