
Ingredients:
• 1 – medium Chow chow
• 3 tbsp – fresh Coconut
• 3 tbsp – Urad Dal
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 – tamarind, marble size
Method:
- Grate chow chow finely.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil, and fry the urad dal, red chillies, mustard, and tamarind.
- Then add chow chow and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Grind all the ingredients inclusding coconut into a fine paste.
- This can be mixed with rice and a little ghee or it can be served with idli and dosa.
