• 2 cups – Rice
• 1 cup – Coconut
• Salt to taste
- Soak the rice for 2 to 3 hours and grind it well along with the coconut
- Add the coconut and grind it, so that it becomes like a dosa batter. Add salt as needed.
- Take a pan, pour a little coconut oil, then pour 2 to 3 ladles of dosa batter and allow it to thicken.
- Keep stirring it, so that it doesn’t get burnt
- Then add the thickened paste to the ground batter.
- Make dosas on a tawa and serve
