Ingredients:

• 1 cup – basmati Rice
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 5 – green chillies, cut into long slices
• Coriander
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt – according to taste

Method:

  1. Cook rice in a pan.
  2. Heat ghee and add cumin seeds and green chillies. Saute for 2 mins.
  3. Add rice, grated coconut and salt to it, and cover the pan with a lid. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. Finally, add coriander and lemon juice, and mix everything well.
