Ingredients:

• 3 – eggs
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 6 tsp – gelatine
• 1 packet – KDD Cream
• 1 packet – whipped Cream
• 3 tsp – Nescafe

Method:

  1. Beat egg yolks until frothy.
  2. Add both the creams to it.
  3. Add Nescafe to 1/4 cup of hot water.
  4. Soak gelatine in the coffee solution and add it to the cream mixture.
  5. Beat egg white until stiff and add. Add sugar and top it with bristle nuts.
  6. Chill and serve.
