
Ingredients:
• 1 can – chickpeas, 19 oz.
• 1 – big Tomato
• 1 – big Onion
• Green chillies – 4
• 1 tsp – Tamarind juice
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• Red pepper powder, according to your taste
• Salt and a little Jaggery or Sugar
• Coriander for garnish
Method:
- Chop the onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander very finely.
- Mix all except the coriander with the drained out chickpeas.
- Add jaggery dissolved in tamarind water or sugar.
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve chilled
