Ingredients:

• 20 sprigs – coriander
• 1 handful – fresh Mint leaves
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 1/2 tsp – roasted cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• Green chilli – 2
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind coriander, mint leaves and green chilli into a paste with a couple of spoons of yogurt.
  2. Add the paste to the well-beaten yogurt.
  3. Finally add the roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well and serve.
