Ingredients:

• Chicken breast – 4
• chili powder – 1/2 tsp
• Lime juice – 2 tbsp
• curry powder – 1 tsp
• Tomato ketchup – 4 tbsp
• mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
• medium fat fresh Cream – 4 tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce – 2 tbsp
• Butter – 1/3 cup
• white bread crumbs to coat
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut each chicken breast into half.
  2. Combine rest of the ingredients except the butter and bread crumbs.
  3. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Cover tightly and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Grease a baking tray with 1 tbsp of butter.
  6. Melt remaining butter.
  7. Pick up chicken breasts from the marinade.
  8. Shake out the excess liquid, dip in melted butter, coat with bread crumbs and bake till golden brown.
