
Ingredients:
• 1 medium size – Cabbage (finely chopped)
• 4 large Carrots (grated)
• A handful of roasted Peanuts (crushed)
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 small bunch – coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method:
- Take a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Salad is ready to eat.
