
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice
• 1/2 cup – Toor Dal
• 10 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1.5 tbsp – Ghee
• Curry leaves – a few
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Take a pressure pan, add washed rice and dal, crushed garlic, cumin seeds, slit green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, enough water and cook for 3 whistles.
- Then simmer the flame. Now add ghee and curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix well.
