Ingredients:

• 2 cups Rice
• 1 cup Channa dal
• 1 cup peas
• refined oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak rice and channa dal in water overnight.
  2. Grind to a consistency of dosa batter in a grinder.
  3. Put salt and peas to it.
  4. Mix the batter well.
  5. Take refined oil in a frying pan.
  6. Wait till the oil is hot.
  7. With the help of a big spoon take some mixture and pour it into the oil.
  8. It will spread as a puri in oil.
  9. Fry it both sides.
  10. It will come out fluffy and round.
  11. Serve this with spicy aloo curry and tomato chutney.
