Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Urad Dal
• 1 cup – Rice
• 1/2 cup – moong dal
• 1/4 cup – tur dal
• 1 big bunch – fresh dil or 1 cup – dried dil
• 2-3 – chillies
• 2-3 flakes of Garlic
• 1 inch – fresh ginger, all finely chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak all the dals and rice for 7-8 hours.
  2. Grind it to a fine paste and keep it covered at a warm place for 7-8 hours.
  3. Add salt, finely chopped dil, chilly, ginger and garlic pieces.
  4. Prepare a thin dosa on a non-stick pan.
