Ingredients:

• Avakai (medium sized) – 1
• Mirchi powder – 2 tsp
• Mustard powder – 3 tsp
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well and marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Serve hot with dosa or idli.
