
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• For marinade: 1 tbsp – Yogurt
• 2 tbsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• For gravy: 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 3 tbsp – Fresh Cream
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and cut the chicken.
- Make a paste with the ingredients for marinade, rub it well over the chicken pieces and marinate it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Cook the chicken in an oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees and keep aside.
- Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan, add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt and water and bring the gravy to boil.
- Add sugar and lemon juice, and then the cooked chicken pieces and let the gravy simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add cream in the end.
- Serve hot.
