Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• For marinade: 1 tbsp – Yogurt
• 2 tbsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• For gravy: 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 3 tbsp – Fresh Cream
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean and cut the chicken.
  2. Make a paste with the ingredients for marinade, rub it well over the chicken pieces and marinate it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  3. Cook the chicken in an oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees and keep aside.
  4. Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan, add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt and water and bring the gravy to boil.
  6. Add sugar and lemon juice, and then the cooked chicken pieces and let the gravy simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Add cream in the end.
  8. Serve hot.
