• Coconut, grated – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
- Mix the coconut and sugar well in an electric rice cooker.
- Switch on the “cook” mode.
- Once it goes to the “keep warm” mode, stir and switch on the “cook” mode again.
- When it moves to “keep warm” mode again, remove the burfi onto a greased plate.
- Pour and cut when cool.
