Ingredients:

• 500 gms – Boiled Chickpeas
• 500 gms – Yoghurt
• 10 gms – Peeled Garlic
• 20 gms – Ghee
• 10 gms – Pine Nut
• 10 gms – Red paprika
• 5 gm – Chopped Parsley
• 5 gm – Cooking salt
• 30 gms – Fried bread
• 100 ml – Water of Chickpeas
• 10 gms – Dry Mint

Method:

  1. Put the chickpeas into a hot pan with garlic, salt, chickpea water and bread.
  2. Mix in the yogurt, parsley, mint, paprika.
  3. Add the hot ghee and pine nuts.
  4. Blend to a smooth consistency.
