Ingredients:

• 10 – lemon, big size
• 10 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – black pepper, powdered
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli
• 2 tsp – salt
• black salt as per to taste
• 1/2 tsp -ginger powder or soonth

Method:

  1. Wash the lemon and cut into desired pieces.
  2. Now take a heavy platted pan and put lemon and salt in it and mix it.
  3. Keep this mixture on fire and boil it but don’t stir it.
  4. When a frothy foam starts coming up, cover the lemon then put off the fire but don’t stir it still.
  5. Now cover the pan and keep it aside for one day.
  6. On the second day add sugar and other masalas.
  7. Mix it lightly and put in dry and air tight container.
