Ingredients:
• 10 – lemon, big size
• 10 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – black pepper, powdered
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli
• 2 tsp – salt
• black salt as per to taste
• 1/2 tsp -ginger powder or soonth
Method:
- Wash the lemon and cut into desired pieces.
- Now take a heavy platted pan and put lemon and salt in it and mix it.
- Keep this mixture on fire and boil it but don’t stir it.
- When a frothy foam starts coming up, cover the lemon then put off the fire but don’t stir it still.
- Now cover the pan and keep it aside for one day.
- On the second day add sugar and other masalas.
- Mix it lightly and put in dry and air tight container.
