Ingredients:
• Milk – 1 litre
• Cauliflower – 1
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Cashew – 25 g
• Almonds – 25 g
• Raisins – 25 g
• Cardamom – 4
Method:
- Clean cauliflower and gate it.
- Boil it till cooked well, drain and keep aside.
- Boil the milk and cook on low till it becomes half the volume.
- Now add the boiled cauliflower and boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now heat ghee and add all the dry fruits till golden brown and transfer it into the kheer.
- Garnish it with cardamom.
- Keep in refrigerator after it gets cool. Serve.
