Ingredients:

• Milk – 1 litre
• Cauliflower – 1
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Cashew – 25 g
• Almonds – 25 g
• Raisins – 25 g
• Cardamom – 4

Method:

  1. Clean cauliflower and gate it.
  2. Boil it till cooked well, drain and keep aside.
  3. Boil the milk and cook on low till it becomes half the volume.
  4. Now add the boiled cauliflower and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now heat ghee and add all the dry fruits till golden brown and transfer it into the kheer.
  7. Garnish it with cardamom.
  8. Keep in refrigerator after it gets cool. Serve.
