Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Milk
• 20 g – gelatin
• 250 g – Cream
• 10 – Figs
• 6 tbsp – Honey
• 1 tin – condensed Milk

Method:

  1. Melt the gelatine in a pan, turn off the heat, add honey, cream and condensed milk to the pan. Mix well
  2. Take a glass bowl and arrange half the figs.
  3. Add the mixture over the figs and refrigerate.
  4. Once half set add the rest of the figs on the top of the mixture.
