
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – fish (boneless, skinless cut into pieces)
• 2 eggs
• 1.5 tsp – black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – ajinomoto / china salt
• 1 tsp – Worcestershire sauce (optional)
• 1/2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – bread crumbs
• 1 cup – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the fish in some water adding a bit of salt to it.
- Mash the fish thoroughly and add all the other ingredients except bread crumbs.
- Mix well to make a nice dough, divide it into 10 parts and give a finger shape to each one of them.
- Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
- Drain on the kitchen paper and serve hot with any sauce.
