Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – fish (boneless, skinless cut into pieces)
• 2 eggs
• 1.5 tsp – black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – ajinomoto / china salt
• 1 tsp – Worcestershire sauce (optional)
• 1/2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – bread crumbs
• 1 cup – oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the fish in some water adding a bit of salt to it.
  2. Mash the fish thoroughly and add all the other ingredients except bread crumbs.
  3. Mix well to make a nice dough, divide it into 10 parts and give a finger shape to each one of them.
  4. Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
  5. Drain on the kitchen paper and serve hot with any sauce.
