
Ingredients:
• 1 small bunch fresh Fenugreek leaves
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Onion
• 1/2 tsp – crushed Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 small Green chilli chopped
• 1 tbsp- Peanuts crushed
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Pick leaves, clean, wash and chop them fine.
- Chop tomato and onion fine.
- Add all other ingredients to chopped tomato and onions.
- Add chopped leaves, toss till well mixed.
- Serve immediately.
