Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 2/3 cup – Orange juice
• 1/2 – melon
• 1/2 – Papaya
• 2 to 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tbsp – gelatine powder
• 1 tbsp – water
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Soften gelatine powder in water for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar to milk and warm. Then add the gelatine mixture to it.
- When gelatine is dissolved, add yoghurt and mix well.
- Pour the jelly into a tray and refrigerate.
- Cut melon, papaya and jelly into bite-size cubes and place in a parfait glass.
- Mix orange juice with lemon juice and pour over them.
