Ingredients:

• 1 each – mango, banana, apple, orange, grapes, etc.
• 1/2 bowl – sprouted green gram
• 1/2 bowl – soaked groundnuts
• 1 – chopped Tomato
• 1 bowl – puffed Rice
• 2 tbsp – green chutney
• 2 tbsp – Tamarind date chutney
• chaat masala
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop the fruits into small pieces.
  2. Mix all the fruits, sprouts, soaked groundnuts, tomatoes, puffed rice with chutneys, chaat masala and salt.
  3. It’s ready to serve.
