• 450 gms. Raspberries and strawberries
• Juice of 2 Lemons
• Juice of 2 Oranges
• 225 gms. Sugar
- Puree the fruit in a blender or pass through a nylon sieve.
- Stir in the juices of oranges and lemons and add the sugar.
- Pour into a container and place in the freezer.
- Stir mixture with a fork every 2-3 hours to promote even freezing.
- Other fruit sorbets can be made by the same method, but always use lemon juice in the mixture to enhance the flavor.
