• 2 slices whole meal bread
• 1 tsp nutralite Butter or margarine
• 1 peach, Apple or apricot, sliced
• 1 tbsp fruit jam
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Melt butter in a pan and add the sliced fruit.
- Saute for 2-3 minutes or till the fruit begins to soften.
- Remove pan from the fire, add lemon juice and jam.
- Mix well and spread evenly on slices of whole wheat bread.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees C for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how crusty you want your toast to be. Serve hot.
