Ingredients:

• 4 baby Corns
• 4 baby Carrots
• 4 baby Beetroots
• 4 baby Potatoes
• 4 baby Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – thick Curd
• 1 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2-3 pinches Ginger grated
• 2-3 pinches Garlic grated
• 2 Green chillies crushed
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp – coriander chopped fine
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean, peel and wash the vegetables.
  2. Steam the vegetables or pressure cook them till they are cooked but firm.
  3. Keep aside. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, except the cheese.
  4. Coat the cooked vegetables with this mixture.
  5. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a casserole, bake in a hot oven, till the water dries up.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese and serve with toothpicks to pick up pieces.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chilled soft drinks, etc.
