Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• To taste – salt
• 1 tbsp – onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp – tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp – potato, chopped
• 1 tbsp – capsicum, chopped
• 1 – small Green chilli
• 1 pinch – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Butter or margarine

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs thoroughly for 5 mins. Add salt.
  2. In a pre-heated pan, add a tsp of butter.
  3. Add jeera, roast till brown and spread the jeera all over the pan.
  4. Add the beaten eggs.
  5. When half-cooked, add the vegetables and chilli.
  6. Sprinkle red chilli powder and garam masala.
  7. Turn the omelette and cook for 2-3 mins.
  8. Serve hot with bread.
