Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• To taste – salt
• 1 tbsp – onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp – tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp – potato, chopped
• 1 tbsp – capsicum, chopped
• 1 – small Green chilli
• 1 pinch – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Butter or margarine
Method:
- Beat the eggs thoroughly for 5 mins. Add salt.
- In a pre-heated pan, add a tsp of butter.
- Add jeera, roast till brown and spread the jeera all over the pan.
- Add the beaten eggs.
- When half-cooked, add the vegetables and chilli.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and garam masala.
- Turn the omelette and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Serve hot with bread.
