Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp – active Dry yeast
• 1/2 tsp – granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1/2 cup – Luke warm water
• For Garlic spread:
• 2 tsp – garlic, grated
• 1/4 cup – salted Butter
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli flakes
• 2 tsp – dried spice mix
• 1 tsp – freshly ground black pepper
• For Stuffing:
• 1/2 cup – sweet Corn , boiled
• 1/2 cup – red onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – Oregano
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 cup – mozzarella cheese spread

Method:

  1. For Bread:
  2. Beat active dry yeast and sugar in luke warm till the yeast dissolves completely. Keep aside for 5-7 minutes till frothy.
  3. In a wide mixing bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, yeast mixture and a tbsp of olive oil to it.
  4. Add water slowly and knead it till you get a soft and slightly sticky dough.
  5. Add more dough to reach the required dough consistency.
  6. At the same time, take extra care not make very stiff and dry dough.
  7. Coat the dough with the remaining olive oil.
  8. Place it in the greased bowl and cover using a cling wrap and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  9. Garlic Spread:
  10. Take butter in a bowl.
  11. Mix well red chilli flakes, garlic and dried spice mix.
  12. Stuffing:
  13. Mix sweet corn, onions, oregano and salt .
  14. Assembling:
  15. Preheat oven at 180 degree .
  16. Punch back the raised dough and slightly knead it for 3-5 minutes.
  17. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
  18. Roll each dough ball into a circular disc with 12-14 cm diameter.
  19. Spread a tbsp or more garlic spread, then cheese and then place a helpful of stuffing.
  20. Fold the dough in half and seal the edges carefully.
  21. Score the dough gently to allow the air go out while baking.
  22. Brush the top of all the breads with remaining garlic spread and sprinkle dried oregano.
  23. Cover the prepared bread using cling wrap to avoid it from drying.
  24. Bake it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or till the bread becomes golden brown.
