
Ingredients:
• 8 hard-boiled eggs
• 1/2 cup – soft Butter
• 1 packet – salted biscuits for crumbs
• 1 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp – finely minced Celery
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder
Method:
- Mash the hard boiled eggs (preferably in a blender).
- Beat the butter together with the mashed eggs, Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped celery, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
- Crush any kind of salted biscuits to make 1.5 cups crumbs.
- Form the egg mixture into tiny balls and roll them in the biscuit crumbs. Chill.
