Ingredients:

• 2 cups – green gram sprouts
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onions
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped Tomatoes
• 2 – Garlic Cloves
• 4 – dry chillies
• salt to taste
• oil to fry

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
  2. Add the tomatoes. Crush the garlic pods and add them.
  3. Coarsely grind the dry chillies and add them.
  4. Now add the green gram sprouts and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add required amount of salt.
  6. Serve.
