Ingredients:
• 500 g – Green peas
• 2 – onions, medium size
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 5 flakes – Garlic
• 1/2 cup – hara Dhania
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 2 tsp – dry powder of Dhania
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 3 to 4 – Green chillies
• 50 g – oil
• To taste – salt
Method:
- In a mixie, grind green peas, onion, garlic and ginger.
- Separately make a paste, of green chilli and dhania.
- Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and let it crackle.
- Add onion, ginger and garlic paste. Fry till they are golden.
- Put green peas paste and fry, till paste leaves side of pan.
- Add all the masalas and tomato paste. Add garam masala and salt.
- Add water, so there is gravy.
- Cover with a lid for 10 minutes, on a slow gas.
