Ingredients:
• 2 – Potatoes (big)
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Curry leaves
Method:
- Peel the boiled potatoes and cut it into even size cubes.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, boiled potatoes, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Serve hot.
