Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs, hard-boiled chopped into four
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp – oil or Butter
• Salt to taste
• Grind to a paste:
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – fresh, grated Coconut
• 3 – Cloves
• 1/2 tsp – Poppy Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 4 pods – Garlic

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai; fry onion till light brown.
  2. Stir in the ground masala and fry till the oil separates
  3. Add salt and mix well
  4. Add eggs slowly, stir gently
  5. Add 1/2 cup water to get gravy consistency
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti
