
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Cake Flour
• 1/2 cup – whole Wheat flour
• 125g – butter, chopped
• 3/4 cup – water
• 1 cup – Brown sugar
• 100g – Cadbury dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1 /2 tsp – baking soda
• 1/4 cup – cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup – Almond meal
• 1/4 cup – Raisins
• For serving:
• 1/4 cup – chopped nuts
• Chocolate syrup
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degree.
- Line muffin pans with paper cases.
- Mix butter, water, sugar and chocolate in a microwave bowl.
- Cook for 2 minutes or until butter and chocolate melt and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from microwave and set aside to cool.
- Sift the flours, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and add the almond meal and use a balloon whisk to stir until combined.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the chocolate mixture.
- Whisk gently, add raisins till the mixture combines.
- Pour evenly among the lined pans.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve with chocolate sauce and chopped nuts.
