Ingredients:

• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Boiled or steamed Pumpkin – 1/2 cup
• Jaggery – 1/2 cup
• Salt a pinch
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Knead the dough with pumpkin, jaggery and salt.
  2. Make puris and fry.
  3. Serve hot with vegetable or eat them plain and enjoy the sweetness.
  4. Very healthy for children who do not like to eat vegetables. Good source of vitamin A and fibre
