• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Boiled or steamed Pumpkin – 1/2 cup
• Jaggery – 1/2 cup
• Salt a pinch
• Oil for frying
- Knead the dough with pumpkin, jaggery and salt.
- Make puris and fry.
- Serve hot with vegetable or eat them plain and enjoy the sweetness.
- Very healthy for children who do not like to eat vegetables. Good source of vitamin A and fibre
