Ingredients:

• 1 cup – idli batter
• 1/4 cup – Rice flour
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• Oil to deep fry
• 1 – Onion (chopped finely)

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients into the idli batter.
  2. Once the oil is heated well, drop the batter in the oil like small pakodas.
  3. Deep fry and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
