Ingredients:
• 1 cup – idli batter
• 1/4 cup – Rice flour
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• Oil to deep fry
• 1 – Onion (chopped finely)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients into the idli batter.
- Once the oil is heated well, drop the batter in the oil like small pakodas.
- Deep fry and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
