
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – long grain Rice
• 1/4 cup – shredded Cabbage
• 1/4 cup – partially boiled Cauliflower
• Handful – chopped, Spring onions white
• 1/2 cup – thinly sliced pepper (green, yellow, red any)
• 1 – medium sized Carrot shredded
• 1 tbsp – dark soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – sweet Red Chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 3 – Garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1/8 tsp – pepper powder
• 1.5 tbsp – Olive oil
• A few chopped – Spring onions greens (for garnish)
Method:
- Cook the rice and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wide and deep wok, add garlic and saute till you get an aroma
- Add white spring onions, cauliflower, carrot and capsicum, salt. Toss well and fry for few mins, they should not be fried too much as they lose the crunch
- Add the rice, green onions, cabbage, sauces, vinegar, pepper powder
- Toss for 2 min. garnish with green onions.
