Kaala Garam Murgh

Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 1 cup – Minced Onion
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Green chillies
• Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp – Soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt according to your taste

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken in a bowl and add 1/2 cup minced onion, green chillies, salt and marinate for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add minced onion, ginger garlic paste, marinated chicken and stir this mixture well.
  3. Add pepper and stir, let it boil for 10 mins.
  4. Add garam masala, sugar, tomato sauce and soya sauce and stir.
  5. Let it cook for 10 more mins till it become tender and garnish with coriander.
  6. This can be consumed as a side dish.
