
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 1 cup – Minced Onion
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Green chillies
• Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp – Soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt according to your taste
Method:
- Wash the chicken in a bowl and add 1/2 cup minced onion, green chillies, salt and marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan, add minced onion, ginger garlic paste, marinated chicken and stir this mixture well.
- Add pepper and stir, let it boil for 10 mins.
- Add garam masala, sugar, tomato sauce and soya sauce and stir.
- Let it cook for 10 more mins till it become tender and garnish with coriander.
- This can be consumed as a side dish.
