Ingredients:

• 1/2 – grated Coconut
• 1 – glass drinking water
• 1 tsp – salt
• 4 to 5 – kokum
• 1 – Green chilli

Method:

  1. Mix salt and kokum in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. In a mixer, grind coconut and green chilli along with some water.
  3. Now extract the juice from this and add to the bowl of kokum. Repeat this process thrice.
  4. Let this stand for about 1/2 hour so that the kadi is infused with the taste of kokum.
